- Cross-referencing DP2i visits with a systematic review of root cause analysis of recently reported accidental events in a proactive perspective.
- Running a long term quarterly DP2i visits to all construction sites of the company (between 2011 and 2020).
Specificity of the project and DP2i Lessons learned
Maintaining a dashboard for over 12 years showing a trend of constant improvement in the safety conditions at the construction sites, with a continuous reduction of accident, confirmed the principle of « I act on what I see’ » and the necessity of clearly establishing non-negotiable safety rules to fulfil, as well as the development of the sense of urgency within the working teams so they promptly act in case of non-compliances.
DP2i’s methodology was adopted by APAVE, an official external body in charge of inspecting the construction sites.
